Egg-cellent Eggs


Poached
Poached eggs are a wetter than most forms of eggs. The yolk is not completely cooked. This is a low calorie option. It is also a very healthy.
You will need a slotted spoon for this form of eggs. Fill the pan with a few inches of water.Heat it up medium to low (wait for bubbles to rise). Crack an egg in a bowl and slip it into the sauce pan one egg at a time. Cook the eggs for approx. 4 mins each. Add a bit of water over the egg to cook the top of the egg.
When the eggs are finished cooking carefully lift the egg with the slotted spoon. Be careful when doing this method. If the egg is not cooked completely it will break apart.
