Boiled

 

Boiled eggs are quick on the go way of getting in some protein. When in a rush boiled eggs are the way to go. In a salad, by themselves or as an egg salad you can never go wrong with boiled eggs. Boiled eggs are also a healthy alternative for lunch. Instead of eating greasy fat food you can always have a boiled egg.

 

First you will need to fill a sauce pan with water. Wait for the water to begin to boil. Place the egg in the water for 9 to 12 minutes. When the egg is finished boiling, Wait for the egg to cool. Peel carefully and voila you have a perfect boiled egg.

 

One of my favorite ways to eat boiled eggs is as an egg salad. Mash up 2 eggs add ¼ cup of mayonnaise a pinch of salt and pepper and you're good to go.
